His Majesty Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV was a Ugandan Omukama of Tooro. Omukama of Tooro. Omukama of Tooro. King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV was born on April 16, 1992. He ascended the throne of Uganda’s Tooro Kingdom in 1995 at three years old, becoming the world’s youngest reigning monarch. Throughout his life, he championed Tooro culture, education, youth empowerment, health, and community development. He served his people with dignity and devotion until his passing on August 27, 2026, at the age of 34. His legacy of unity, service, and cultural pride will endure
