Toto Albina A. Opio

ALBINA A. OPIO was a Ugandan Educator and public servant. Albina served as a Senior Presidential Adviser, Resident District Commissioner in several districts, Minister of State for Gender and Community Development, and elected Woman Representative for Kumi District. She was also a deputy headmistress, trained examiner, board member, and dedicated organizer of women’s, youth, peace, and community-development initiatives
